Happy to be home, you drive around a corner to see neighbors chatting, kids playing, wide streets with bicycles on the green and homes with cute seasonal decor. You grab a cup of coffee at the built in desk-coffee bar-wine fridge space and head to your office-3d bedroom to look for that file in your custom built in cabinets and desk. As you admire your awards on the storage shelves behind you, you remember to check on the dog. Peering out the window, you gaze from the playground, oversized shed, and over to the gated pool area and chuckle. Roxie has plopped herself up on the lounge chair. You decide that you’ll find that file later, use the remote to turn off the ceiling fan but don’t bother to turn off the A/C since you have solar panels. Grabbing a towel from the remodeled master bath, you head through the fully finished garage out to join your pooch. A dip in the solar heated pool sounds good right now. As you relax on a floaty thinking about your amazing life, you admire the recent upgrades your wonderful husband agreed to do. The new pavers surrounding the pool, stucco repair and exterior paint were worth it. You hate to admit it, but the cool coat, moisture barrier, and 5 year warranty were worth it. You are so grateful right now that you purchased this home.
